Sport Betting Rules

Scope and Application

These Betting Rules govern the use of the sportsbook operated by Ph. They apply to all bets placed on the Ph platform by End Users, subject to applicable law and any higher authority requirements. Ph reserves the right to amend these Rules, the available markets, limits and payout terms at any time without prior notice where permitted by law.

Definitions

  • End User means an individual who uses Ph sportsbook services and has accepted these Betting Rules.
  • Bet means a risk-based wager placed on the outcome of an Event or Market, including any linked or related outcomes as offered by Ph.
  • Stake means the amount of money paid by the End User to Ph to participate in a Bet.
  • Market means a distinct betting opportunity on a particular Event, including multiple outcomes that Ph offers for that Event.
  • Event means a defined real-world sporting, e-sporting, virtual or other eligible occurrence on which Ph offers Odds.
  • Odds means the probability-based coefficient offered by Ph for the outcome of an Event or Market.
  • Winnings means the amount payable to the End User when a Bet is settled in their favor.
  • Operator refers to Ph, the licensed entity operating the sportsbook and handling all Bet processing and settlements.

Eligibility, Account Integrity and Compliance

  • End Users must meet the legal gambling age and capacity requirements in their jurisdiction. Ph may verify identity and age, and may suspend or close accounts where required by law or policy.
  • It is prohibited to use automated systems, bots or third-party tools to place Bets. Ph may cancel any Bet placed using such methods and may impose sanctions on the associated End User.
  • Multiple accounts, collusion, or attempts to circumvent limits, payout thresholds or risk controls are prohibited. Bets made in breach of these provisions are void and may result in account restrictions or legal action.
  • Ph may update market offerings, limits, payout rules and event availability in response to regulatory requirements, integrity concerns or operational considerations. Such changes take effect in accordance with applicable law and may be applied to open bets where permitted.
  • Ph uses reputable data sources to determine Event outcomes. In the event of a discrepancy between data sources, Ph will rely on its official data feed and notify End Users of any settlement adjustments in line with these Rules.

Placing a Stake and Bet Acceptance

  • All Stakes and Bets are subject to these Betting Rules and to applicable law. A Bet is valid only when it is expressly confirmed by Ph as accepted in the betslip.
  • Ph reserves the right to accept or reject any Bet at its sole discretion and without giving reasons. If a Bet is not accepted, the Stake is refunded to the End User.
  • Ph may void or cancel all or part of a bet, including after acceptance, for reasons such as palpable error in the event details or odds, attempts to bypass limits, use of information not available to other End Users, or other valid operational reasons communicated at the time of the action.
  • In the event of a technical issue during bet placement or a system interruption, Ph will review the bet and may accept or reject it after the system becomes available. The End User may be required to confirm the bet in the betting history once the system is restored.

Settlement, Voidance and Corrections

  • The outcome of a Market is settled when determined by official source or as described in the Market description. If an outright market is decided by an official announcement, Bets placed after publication of the outcome may be voided at Ph’s discretion.
  • If a match is not completed and is decided by the official source, Ph may settle Bets in accordance with the official result or void unsettled Bets if the decision is not made within a stated period (commonly 48 hours, with exceptions for ongoing events).
  • Markets related to a match that is postponed or abandoned will be settled as described in the Market rules, including voiding unsettled Bets if the event ends without a rescheduled start within the stated window. Bets on factors that remain undecided after the rescheduled start may be voided unless the Market description specifies otherwise.
  • In cases of fraudulent activity or suspected integrity concerns, Ph may keep specific Bets unsettled and/or refer the matter to the relevant authorities. Settlement may be delayed pending the outcome of an investigation.
  • Odds displayed to End Users are truncated to two decimal places for on-screen presentation. Total Odds are calculated with a sixth decimal place for internal accounting; the Total Winning amount is truncated to two decimal places. Any discrepancy arising from rounding is a function of these rounding rules and does not imply a different outcome.
  • The maximum period between settlement and potential re-settlement of a Betslip is thirty days, unless a longer period is required by law or by specific Market rules.

Special Rules on Event Status and Postponements

  • If an Event is abandoned or stopped and not resumed within the defined window, Bets not yet settled may be voided with Stake refunds where allowed by Market rules.
  • Where Market formats are constrained (for example, duration profiles), Ph may void all Markets outside the supported formats. Supported formats currently include several fixed-length structures; changes to formats are notified to End Users where possible.
  • Outright (short term and long term) markets apply a Play-or-Pay principle: Bets on participants remain valid and settled in accordance with the final competition results even if a listed participant cannot take part. Head-to-head (H2H) Markets are excluded from this principle; if a listed participant is missing, H2H markets may be voided.

Outrights, Handicaps and Market Types

  • Match Markets include outcomes such as 1X2 (home/draw/away), Draw No Bet, and Double Chance, with Win/Draw outcomes determined by final results plus any Market-specific rules.
  • Correct Score requires an exact final score; otherwise the Bet is void unless the Market specifies otherwise.
  • Over/Under (Totals) concerns the aggregate total of a defined statistic; if the total equals the line, the Bet is void.
  • Handicap and Asian Handicap adjust outcomes for comparative advantage; the final result after applying the handicap determines settlement.
  • Double Chance covers two outcomes simultaneously (e.g., 1X, 12, X2). If any covered outcome occurs, the Bet may be settled accordingly per Market rules.
  • Outright markets concern final placement or winner in a competition. Play-or-Pay applies as described above.
  • Scorer Markets (First/Last/Anytime) relate to scheduled regular time only. Own goals may be treated as no scorer unless explicitly stated. Bets may be void on player non-participation or retirement depending on Market terms.

Special Features and Flexible Bets

  • Cash Out allows settlement of a Bet before its natural end under revised terms. Availability, timing, and conditions are at Ph’s sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
  • Bet Builder permits constructing Bets from multiple Markets within a single Event. All selections must win for the Bet to pay out; voided selections reduce the overall stake according to Market terms.
  • Early Payout is a discretionary feature where a Bet can be settled as a winner before the Event concludes if predefined conditions are met. Availability and conditions are disclosed in the Bet offer and may be altered or removed by Ph at any time.

Margins, Settlement Flow and Discrepancies

  • Ph relies on data feeds from recognised providers. In the event of data discrepancies, Ph will apply the settlement in line with the official outcome or the Market description. Any settlement adjustments will be made before the conclusion of the Event or in accordance with the stated window for post-event adjustments.
  • If a Market is settled after a final decision by a governing body or official authority, Ph will adjust Bets accordingly and notify the End User of any change in winnings or voiding of Bets where required by these Rules.

Regulatory Compliance, Disputes and Governing Law

  • These Rules operate under the applicable gambling laws of the jurisdiction in which Ph is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with Bets placed on Ph shall be resolved in accordance with the internal dispute resolution procedures and, if applicable, the regulatory framework governing the Operator’s license.
  • In the event of conflicting interpretations between language versions, the English version prevails for purposes of these Betting Rules.
