Scope and Interpretation

These General Bonus Terms govern all bonus offers provided by Ph. They form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and apply to any promotional bonus, free spins, cashback, or related reward offered by Ph. In the event of inconsistency with the Terms and Conditions of Use, the specific bonus terms prevail for the bonus in question, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

Definitions

• Bonus Balance means the funds credited to your account as part of a bonus or promotional offer.
• Real Balance means funds held in your account that originate from your deposits or winnings converted from your Real Balance.
• Wagering Requirements are the conditions that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings become withdrawable as Real Balance.
• Eligible Games and Contribution describe how different games contribute toward wagering requirements. Some games may contribute fully, partially, or not at all;
• No-Deposit Bonus and Free Spins refer to offers that do not require an initial cash deposit to participate.
• Active Bonus means a bonus that remains in effect and is subject to wagering requirements.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To participate in Ph bonuses, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. Each player, household, device, IP address, and payment method may be restricted to one bonus per promotion or per account, as determined by Ph. Ph may require identity verification (KYC) before or after a bonus award. Duplicate or multi‑account activity to obtain bonuses is prohibited and may lead to suspension of the affected accounts and confiscation of funds.

Claiming, Activation, and Redemption

Bonuses may be claimed by depositing funds or via a no-deposit offer, as applicable. Some offers require the entry of a promo code prior to deposit or activation. In all cases, the bonus will be credited to your Bonus Balance and may be used in accordance with these terms. If a bonus does not appear automatically, contact Ph’s Customer Support before placing bets to ensure proper crediting.

Bonus Types and Application

Ph may offer Deposit Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback, and other promotional rewards. Deposit bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and generally become withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met. Free Spins are typically credited separately as Free Spin items and may have separate wagering requirements or caps. No-Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins are subject to their own withdrawal limits and conditions as described in the offer terms.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, the standard wagering framework is as follows: for deposit-based offers, wagering is calculated on the combined amount of the deposit plus the bonus (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement applies to the total bonus package). If a promotion awards a bonus without a deposit or if the total bonus amount exceeds the deposited funds, the wagering requirement may be 60x on the bonus amount. Game contributions are generally as follows unless the offer states otherwise: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering; Table Games contribute a reduced percentage (commonly 10%); Video Poker and other games may contribute variably as stated in the offer; Crash and other specialty games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 20%). Some games may be excluded from wagering. The contributions apply to the active bonus and are applied in the sequence specified in the bonus terms, including any rules for multiple concurrent bonuses.

Betting Limits During Active Bonus

During an active bonus, the maximum bet per spin or round is limited to 10% of the original bonus amount or the equivalent of €5 (or the equivalent in the account’s currency), whichever is lower. This limit applies to any wager that would advance the wagering requirements. The wager limit remains in effect until the wagering requirements are fully satisfied or the bonus is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Conversion to Real Balance and Non-Cashable Bonuses

Bonuses remain in Bonus Balance until wagering requirements are fulfilled. Upon completion of the wagering, funds may be converted to Real Balance and become withdrawable, subject to any remaining bonus balance rules. If a bonus is designated as non-cashable, any remaining bonus funds, including related winnings, will not be added to Real Balance upon completion of wagering. If multiple bonuses are active, withdrawals may be restricted to the balance that has met all wagering requirements, and amounts may be withdrawn only from Real Balance after the bonus obligations are satisfied.

Expiration, Forfeiture, and Withdrawals

Bonuses issued with a deposit requirement generally expire after 30 days if wagering obligations are not met, and any remaining bonus funds may be forfeited. Free Spins offered in conjunction with a deposit or as a standalone promotion typically expire earlier (commonly within 3–7 days) and the associated wagering must be completed within the applicable period. If wagering requirements are unmet at expiry, the bonus and any winnings may be removed, provided there is no open balance or withdrawal in process. If a withdrawal request is placed while a bonus is active, the bonus may be forfeited or removed as permitted by the bonus terms.

No-Deposit Bonuses and No-Deposit Free Spins

No-Deposit bonuses and any No-Deposit Free Spins are subject to specific limits. The maximum amount a player can win or withdraw from a No-Deposit bonus or No-Deposit Free Spins is the greater of €100 or twice the value of the bonus amount. The larger figure applies. No-Deposit offers are normally conditional upon completion of a deposit before a withdrawal of winnings derived from the No-Deposit component can be processed.

Promotions, Abuse Monitoring, and Irregular Play

Ph monitors wagering and game activity to detect irregular play or bonus abuse. Abusive practices include, but are not limited to, low-margin or hedged betting, frequent currency changes to meet wagering, or exploiting bonuses across multiple profiles. If irregular play is detected, Ph reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, suspend or close accounts, and refuse withdrawals. In such cases, the terms of the individual promotion prevail to the extent they differ from these General Bonus Terms.

Multiple Bonuses and Account Integrity

Only one bonus per player, account, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific offer. Ph reserves the right to lapse or revoke any bonus where multiple accounts or other integrity concerns are identified, and to confiscate bonus funds and winnings if necessary to protect the integrity of promotions.

Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Promotions

Ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus offer or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes shall not affect a bonus that has already been redeemed unless the terms of the specific offer provide otherwise. If there is a conflict between the general terms and an offer’s terms, the offer’s terms prevail for that offer.

Privacy, Communications, and Data Handling

Promotional communications may be sent to eligible players. You may opt out of marketing communications by contacting Ph customer support. Ph processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law and Disputes

These General Bonus Terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which Ph operates. Any disputes arising out of or related to bonuses shall be resolved in competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration or alternative dispute resolution requirements stated in the Terms and Conditions of Use.

For questions about a specific bonus, refer to the offer’s terms and conditions. If a conflict exists between the general bonus terms and the individual offer terms, the individual offer terms govern that offer. These terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, the general Terms and Conditions of Use.
